Jardin, a popular breakfast and brunch restaurant at Encore for a decade, has permanently closed. The restaurant originally shut down for planned renovations earlier this year, with the intention of sharing its space in the evenings with another planned concept, the Four 6666 concept.
However, both projects have since been removed from the resort’s website, seemingly confirming that neither will move forward.

Jardin became known for its bright, garden‑inspired design and a menu featuring sticky buns, chocolate‑chip red velvet pancakes, shakshuka, braised lamb hash, and wagyu flat‑iron steak and eggs.
In recent years, the restaurant also hosted rotating evening pop‑ups with Asia‑Pacific, Mediterranean and Middle Eastern menus.
A Wynn spokesperson told the Las Vegas Review-Journal that the resort is developing as yet unnamed new American restaurant to fill the space that will serve breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Dining Ins & Outs

Earl of Sandwich is history at the Palms’ food court, where the space has already been walled off. Vital Vegas was the first to report the shutdown, which occurred without advance notice to customers (and at least one employee). The national chain continues to operate at Planet Hollywood, Fashion Show Mall, as well as in Downtown Summerlin and Spring Valley.
French Riviera Tropézienne Bakery is gearing to open its third Las Vegas location in the former André’s space at 401 S. Sixth St. downtown. Andre’s is the landmark French restaurant that helped define fine dining in downtown Las Vegas. Chef André Rochat opened the original André’s in 1980, becoming a foundational figure in Las Vegas’ modern restaurant scene and earning a Michelin star before the guide left the city. He later expanded to the Monte Carlo and the Palms before retiring after 2018.
House Rules, a Scottsdale‑based competitive social‑gaming bar, is coming to Las Vegas with a new location planned for 3071 S. Rancho Drive, directly across from Area15 and within the complex’s Phase 2 growth. The concept, confirmed on House Rules’ Instagram page, will blend an upscale scratch‑kitchen menu (shareable dishes, sliders, and flatbreads) with tech‑driven group games (duckpin bowling, bar‑style ice curling, and a proprietary take on Tejo). House Rules launched in Scottsdale in 2023 under the name Lane Park before a 2024 rebrand.
We hear that American Beer & Cocktails, the Caesars Entertainment-owned bar that moved from the Linq Promenade to the former Big Chill space at TI last year, will also take over the former Senor Frog’s space — abandoned at the same casino since Dec. 31, 2024 — with a restaurant serving burgers on one level and Mexican on the other.
Lilli, chef Tyler Vorce’s six‑month residency at Station Casinos’ Durango Resort, ends June 7 as the team prepares to move the concept to a permanent location still to be announced. The single‑seating, seven‑course tasting menu has highlighted French technique, Mediterranean influences and seasonal ingredients.
