There’s nothing brutal about Georgina Chapman‘s love for Adrien Brody.
Before the Brutalist star took the stage to accept his second Academy Award for Actor in a Leading Role during the 2025 Oscars—hosted by Conan O’Brien March 2—he made a last minute decision to get rid of his gum. (For all the stars who won big at the 2025 Oscars, see here.)
The only catch? With no garbage can in sight, Adrien pulled the piece of gum out of his mouth and tossed it to his girlfriend, who caught the chewed up piece of food without hesitation.
Of course, once he got the gum out of the way, Adrien made sure to show his gratitude for Georgina—who shares kids India Pearl, 14, and Dashiell, 11, with ex-husband and disgraced Hollywood mogul Harvey Weinstein. In fact, the 51-year-old credited her with supporting him in his journey to nabbing the Lead Actor prize, which he won over fellow nominees Timothée Chalamet, Colman Domingo, Ralph Fiennes and Sebastian Stan.
“I share this with my amazing partner, Georgina,” Adrien said while on stage, “who has not only reinvigorated my own self worth, but my sense of value and my values and her beautiful children, Daesh in India.”
He added, “I know this… it’s been a roller coaster, but thank you for accepting me into your life.”
