For customers using the Enterprise Security add-on, ClickHelp now supports automatic user provisioning via SSO. New team members can receive access on their first SSO login based on configurable domain and role rules, eliminating manual account setup.
The release also strengthens AnswerGenius controls. Administrators can now specify exactly which publications the AI assistant uses as its data sources and where the widget appears, helping teams keep internal content out of public responses.
To simplify administration in large portals, ClickHelp introduced a new option to hide disabled users. This approach works as a soft removal mechanism that preserves profile data while keeping user lists clean and manageable.
Additional improvements include expanded automation for code samples. Teams can now edit code samples in Source mode or through the API, with automatic server-side syntax highlighting and support for Global Find & Replace — making CI/CD documentation workflows easier to maintain.
