vivo is rumored to expand its X300 series soon with the launch of the X300 Ultra and X300 Max, previously referred to as the X300s. There’s no word from vivo about these smartphones yet, but the X300 Max has moved a step closer to launch, as it has received certifications from multiple Chinese agencies.

Additionally, reliable tipster Digital Chat Station has shared some specs of the vivo X300 Max, having model designation V2548A.

DCS claims the vivo X300 Max is powered by the Dimensity 9500 SoC and packs a battery with a capacity of at least 7,000 mAh and 90W charging support. The smartphone has a 6.78″ 1.5K resolution flat LTPO screen on the front with a 3D ultrasonic fingerprint scanner underneath for biometric authentication.

For photography, the vivo X300 Max features a 200MP primary camera and a 50MP periscope telephoto unit with telephoto macro support. DCS also mentions a new ZEISS lens, support for N79 band, and IP68 and IP69 ratings.
