- Patriots heading to their 12th Super Bowl
- Seahawks’ QB Sam Darnold dominates in 31-27 win over Rams
- Patriots take out the Broncos 10-7 in snowy Denver
Early lines for Super Bowl LX are out, with the Sam Darnold-led Seattle Seahawks in the driver’s seat, solid betting favourites at several major sportsbooks, released moments after the Seahawks finished off the L.A. Rams in the NFC Conference Championship game 31-27.

Earlier today the New England Patriots took out the Broncos in the heavy snow in Denver 10-7. MVP candidate quarterback Drake Maye threw for just 86 passing yards but had 65 rushing yards including a touchdown. The Patriots are heading to their 12th Super Bowl.
“The Patriots-Broncos game ultimately resulted in a favorable outcome for the book,” said Joey Feazel, Head of Football at Caesars Sportsbook. “The low-scoring nature of the game, combined with New England failing to cover the spread, helped solidify a positive position.
Denver also represented our largest single payout tied to the Super Bowl, as we saw significant additional Broncos money following the market move from our opening line of -5.5 to a closing number of -3.5. Sharp bettors were quick to take the points, clearly identifying value and signaling that Bo Nix was not worth the full seven-point adjustment implied by our original line.”
Early Super Bowl Betting Lines
Patriots’ head coach Mike Vrabel, who won three Super Bowls as a playmaking linebacker with the Pats, could become the first person in NFL to win Super Bowls as a player and coach with the same franchise. Vrabel is a coach of the year candidate.
“I won’t win it. It’ll be the players that’ll win the game,” Vrabel said. “I promise you, it won’t be me that’ll win it, and I promise you that I’ll do everything I can, and our staff, to have them ready for the game.”
At DraftKings, Moneyline is the Seahawks -225, Patriots +185, with the spread Seahawks -4.5 (-108) and the Patriots +4.5 (-112). The Over is 46.5 (-110), the Under 46.5 (-110).
At FanDuel, Moneyline is the Seahawks -230, Patriots +190, with the spread Seahawks -4.5 (-110) and the Patriots +4.5 (-110). The Over is 46.5 (-105), the Under 46.5 (-115). And at Caesars Sportsbook, early Super Bowl betting line: Moneyline is Seahawks -230, Patriots +191, with the spread Seahawks -4.5 (-114) and the Patriots +4.5 (-106). The Over is 46.5 (-105), the Under 46.5 (-115).
Darnold Dominates
With the Seahawks, head coach Mike MacDonald addressed a question about Darnold, whether the win over the Rams puts an end to questions about Darnold’s ability to win in big games.
“He just shut a lot of people up tonight. Three hundred plus yards, three touchdowns, no picks, big throw on third down,” he said. “The guy barely practiced all week (there had been questions about an apparent oblique injury). The guy has been a rock for us all year.”
Super Bowl LX kicks off at 6:30 p.m. EST on Sunday, Feb. 8, at Levi’s Stadium in Santa Clara, California.
“Within seconds of opening odds, we accepted a $36k wager on the Seahawks -4.5, and a $55k wager on New England +4.5,” said Feazel. “Action will be furious for the next two weeks as we have a marquee matchup. We opened -4.5 / 46.5 Total. Fans get a rematch of Super Bowl XLIX, which featured a classic ending. We get East coast vs. West coast, an MVP candidate in Drake Maye and Sam Darnold, who has defied the doubters.”
