Realme is launching the GT 8 Pro<\/a> alongside the GT 8 in October<\/a>, and before that the flagship model has received its certification for sale in China.<\/p>\n

This has revealed its support for 120W wired charging, and according to rumors on Weibo, the phone will also support wireless charging and will have a large battery with a capacity starting with the number 7.<\/p>\n

So it’s not going to hit 8,000 mAh as previously rumored, but even 7,000 mAh is obviously nothing to scoff at. The charging spec is identical to its predecessor<\/a>‘s, which is good because some past rumors did claim it would go down to 100W.<\/p>\n

The Realme GT 8 Pro will be powered by<\/a> Qualcomm’s recently unveiled Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 SoC<\/a>. It will have a 200MP periscope telephoto camera<\/a>, a 6.78-inch QHD resolution screen with 144Hz refresh rate, and up to 16GB of RAM. It will run Android 16 with Realme UI 7 out of the box.<\/p>\n
