For more than a decade, my everyday uniform has almost always included pieces from the French brand S\u00e9zane<\/a> (like, their chore coat<\/a>, comfy jeans<\/a> and trusty sneakers<\/a>). So, this weekend I was excited to visit their new store<\/a> in Williamsburg, Brooklyn\u2026<\/p>\n

As we walked in, we were greeted with croissants and lemonade.<\/p>\n

\"S\u00e9zane's<\/p>\n

The bright space was filled with a wall of colorful knits<\/a>\u2026<\/p>\n

\"S\u00e9zane's<\/p>\n

\u2026beautiful browns<\/a> for fall\u2026<\/p>\n

\"S\u00e9zane's<\/p>\n

\u2026and cool patent boots<\/a>.<\/p>\n

\"S\u00e9zane's<\/p>\n

The S\u00e9zane staff was wonderful, helping everyone find sizes and playing around with styling. Many of them are French, and I loved hearing the different regional accents.<\/p>\n

\"S\u00e9zane's<\/p>\n

I tried on the softest hoodie sweater<\/a> with \u201970s trousers<\/a> and double-strap heels<\/a>\u2026<\/p>\n

\"S\u00e9zane's<\/p>\n

\u2026and how gorgeous is their bucket bag<\/a> in the chocolate croc print?<\/p>\n

\"S\u00e9zane's<\/p>\n

Suddenly, a sweet scent came wafting into the store, and I realized that S\u00e9zane was making cr\u00eapes outside for passersby. You could choose either Nutella or sugar and lemon. (Which would you pick? I went with the latter.)<\/p>\n

Next, I tried on their iconic trench<\/a> \u2014 which comes in 12 colors<\/a>, including gingham<\/a> \u2014\u00a0over a Peter Pan collar shirt<\/a> and wide-leg jeans<\/a>.<\/p>\n

\"S\u00e9zane's<\/p>\n

Finally, we said goodbye to their lovely team \u2014\u00a0how beautiful is that plaid coat with a removable scarf<\/a>?! \u2014\u00a0and promised we\u2019d be back soon.<\/p>\n
