Xiaomi is unveiling three high-end smartphones later this month, the 17, 17 Pro, and 17 Pro Max<\/a>. The company has already confirmed that it’s skipping the 16 number in order to catch up to Apple’s naming scheme.<\/p>\n Today some details about the camera setup for the Xiaomi 17 Pro<\/a> have been outed in China. The phone is said to have a 50 MP main shooter with f\/1.67 aperture. The telephoto camera will have f\/3.0 aperture and 115mm focal length, thus it will provide 5x optical zoom.<\/p>\n Finally, the ultrawide camera is said to have 17mm focal length. Of course, the entire camera system will be Leica branded. Interestingly, the Xiaomi 17 Pro Max<\/a> is said to have a different camera setup, so the Pro and Pro Max aren’t identical save for the size and battery capacity after all.<\/p>\n Then again, the Pro should be around the same size as the ‘vanilla’ 17, which most likely has an inferior camera setup.
