Mingus Reedus<\/strong> is in trouble with the law.<\/p>\n The son of <\/strong>superstars Norman Reedus<\/a><\/strong> and Helena Christensen<\/strong> was arrested in New York City on Aug. 23, the New York City Police Department (NYPD) confirmed to People<\/a>,<\/em> and has since been charged with criminal obstruction of breathing and assault.<\/p>\n According to the NYPD, authorities \u201cobserved a 33-year-old female with minor injuries to [her] neck and leg\u201d after arriving on the scene near 16th Street and 8th Avenue, per the outlet. Mingus, 25, was taken into custody and an investigation remains ongoing.<\/p>\n Authorities also added, per the outlet, that \u201cEMS responded and transported the victim to NYC Health + Hospitals\/Bellevue in stable condition.\u201d<\/p>\n E! News has reached out to Mingus\u2019 reps for comment but has not heard back.<\/p>\n Mingus\u2019 recent arrest comes nearly four years after he was previously arrested for assaulting a woman <\/a>during the San Gennaro festival in the city\u2019s Little Italy district. (In March 2022, Mingus ultimately accepted a plea deal for the lesser charge of disorderly conduct.)<\/p>\n According to the NYPD at the time, authorities responded to a 911 call regarding an assault that occurred around Mulberry Street and Baxter Street near the 5th Precinct.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
