Anthony Anderson<\/strong><\/a> is speaking out on backlash against him.<\/p>\n The Black-ish<\/em> star set the record straight after a clip<\/a> of his 2003 appearance on The Sharon Osbourne Show <\/em>resurfaced online, sparking controversy over comments he made to guest Lindsay Lohan<\/strong><\/a> when she was 17.\u00a0<\/p>\n When the\u00a0Parent Trap<\/em> star shared that she had recently bought a home with Raven-Symon\u00e9<\/strong>,\u00a0he asked, “What gentlemen will be at the new pad?”<\/p>\n “No one,” Lohan told Anderson, then 33, clarifying that she didn’t have a boyfriend.<\/p>\n “She’s single but looking!” Anderson told the crowd, before Lohan chimed in, “But I’m illegal for people that are old.”<\/p>\n “Well, you know, some men like ’em young,” Anderson said. “We ain’t gonna mention no names, but, you know, I’m one of ’em.”<\/p>\n The comedian burst into laughter before launching into questions about her acting career.<\/p>\n After the clip gained newfound attention online\u2014with one social media user writing July 25 that it “hasn’t aged well”\u2014Anderson’s rep spoke out on the criticism.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
