LeAnn Rimes<\/strong><\/a> can’t fight the moonlight, but she can learn more about herself.<\/p>\n That’s why the singer said she looked inward at the height of “all of the craziness” surrounding herself and husband Eddie Cibrian<\/strong><\/a>, with whom she struck up a romance in the late aughts amid their marriages to Dean Sheremet<\/a> <\/strong>and Brandi Glanville<\/strong><\/a>, respectively.<\/p>\n “I realized very quickly that there are a lot of women who\u2019ve been hurt,” she told Flow Space<\/a> <\/em>in a recent interview, reflecting on the backlash over her and Eddie’s affair. “Like, I\u2019ve been on both sides of that coin\u2014I\u2019ve been cheated on, too, so I know that feeling.”<\/p>\n “But so many women don\u2019t know what to do with that anger,” continued LeAnn, who first met Eddie while filming their 2009 Lifetime movie Northern Lights. <\/em>“I was a target that was just easily projected upon. And once I realized that, things got a lot easier.”<\/p>\n The 42-year-old said she eventually determined that she can’t take the hate against her and Eddie’s relationship “personally.”<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
