{"id":95795,"date":"2025-06-13T06:09:24","date_gmt":"2025-06-13T06:09:24","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/neclink.com\/index.php\/2025\/06\/13\/top-chef-names-tristen-epps-long-as-season-22-winner\/"},"modified":"2025-06-13T06:09:24","modified_gmt":"2025-06-13T06:09:24","slug":"top-chef-names-tristen-epps-long-as-season-22-winner","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/neclink.com\/index.php\/2025\/06\/13\/top-chef-names-tristen-epps-long-as-season-22-winner\/","title":{"rendered":"Top Chef Names Tristen Epps-Long as Season 22 \u00a0Winner"},"content":{"rendered":"<p> <br \/>\n<\/p>\n<div data-testid=\"segment-text-only\">\n<p>A new TV food star has been crowned.<\/p>\n<p>After weeks of fierce competition, <em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.eonline.com\/news\/top_chef\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Top Chef<\/a><\/em> revealed which season 22 hopeful came out of top during the Bravo reality series&#8217; June 12 finale.<\/p>\n<p>Only <strong>Bailey Sullivan<\/strong>, <strong>Tristen Epps-Long<\/strong> and <strong>Shuai Wang <\/strong>made it to the final elimination challenge in Milan, where the remaining three contestants were challenged to create the best four-course progressive meal of their lives in order to win the coveted $250,000 prize.<\/p>\n<p>For the career-defining challenge, Shuai focused on his own heritage by crafting a Chinese-inspired meal, while Tristen similarly used his Afro-Caribbean roots to inform his plate choices.<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, Bailey stuck to her signature &#8220;quirky&#8221; vibe and planned a meal that was unconventional, eccentric and whimsical.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Following the impressive show of culinary skills, judges <strong>Kristen Kish<\/strong>, <strong>Tom Colicchio<\/strong> and <strong>Gail Simmons<\/strong> had the difficult task of picking apart the foodie&#8217;s successes and failures\u2014and there were <em>very <\/em>few of the latter.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p><br \/>\n<br \/><a href=\"https:\/\/www.eonline.com\/news\/1418649\/top-chef-names-tristen-epps-long-as-season-22-winner?cmpid=rss-syndicate-genericrss-us-top_stories\">Source link <\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A new TV food star has been crowned.
