Details such as the number of shares and the price range have not been disclosed. The IPO will proceed after the SEC\u2019s review and is subject to market conditions.<\/p>\n

Gemini\u2019s move comes during a period of growing activity in both the public markets and the digital asset space. Just yesterday, Trump Media and Technology Group Corp. (Nasdaq, NYSE Texas: DJT) also filed<\/a> a Form S-1 with the SEC for its upcoming Truth Social Bitcoin ETF.<\/p>\n

\u201cTruth Social Bitcoin ETF, B.T. is a Nevada business trust that issues beneficial interests in its net assets,\u201d stated the Form S-1. \u201cThe assets of the Trust consist primarily of bitcoin held by a custodian on behalf of the Trust. The Trust seeks to reflect generally the performance of the price of bitcoin.\u201d<\/p>\n

Momentum around Bitcoin and broader crypto policy was also evident last week at the 2025 Bitcoin Conference<\/a> in Las Vegas. There, Gemini founders Cameron and Tyler Winklevoss joined White House A.I. & Crypto Czar David Sacks to discuss how the government should manage Bitcoin, as well as recent developments in federal policy.<\/p>\n
