{"id":95359,"date":"2025-06-02T04:39:16","date_gmt":"2025-06-02T04:39:16","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/neclink.com\/index.php\/2025\/06\/02\/thousands-of-netflix-fans-gather-for-tudum\/"},"modified":"2025-06-02T04:39:16","modified_gmt":"2025-06-02T04:39:16","slug":"thousands-of-netflix-fans-gather-for-tudum","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/neclink.com\/index.php\/2025\/06\/02\/thousands-of-netflix-fans-gather-for-tudum\/","title":{"rendered":"Thousands of Netflix fans gather for Tudum"},"content":{"rendered":"<p> <br \/>\n<\/p>\n<div>\n<p id=\"speakable-summary\" class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Netflix released a flurry of announcements and trailers around high-profile projects including \u201cSquid Game,\u201d \u201cWednesday,\u201d and \u201cStranger Things 5\u201d last night at its annual Tudum marketing event.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">While this year\u2019s Tudum (made for the sound that plays when you open the app) was livestreamed for the first time on Netflix itself (as opposed to YouTube), <a rel=\"nofollow\" href=\"https:\/\/www.latimes.com\/entertainment-arts\/business\/story\/2025-06-01\/from-stranger-things-to-bridgerton-netflix-fans-converge-at-tudum-event\">The Los Angeles Times reports<\/a> that 9,500 fans gathered in-person at the Kia Forum in Southern California, hoping to see their favorite stars \u2014 including Lady Gaga, who performed at the event and will be guest-starring on \u201cWednesday.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Chief Marketing Officer Marian Lee boasted that no other studio would be able to \u201call those fans in a room together, WWE fans next to \u2018Knives Out\u2019 fans next to Lady Gaga fans for \u2018Wednesday.\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cThat is something only Netflix can do,\u201d Lee said.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As for the announcements, the biggest might be that \u201cStranger Things 5\u201d \u2014 the nostalgia-driven horror show\u2019s final season \u2014 will air in <em>three<\/em> parts, starting on November 26, with the finale released on New Year\u2019s Eve.
