The iPhone 17 Air<\/a>, as you may already know, is rumored to be launching this September alongside the iPhone 17, iPhone 17 Pro, and iPhone 17 Pro Max<\/a>, as an indirect successor of sorts to the iPhone 16 Plus<\/a>.<\/p>\n So, with that in mind, you may be wondering how it compares to the iPhone 16 Plus it’s replacing in Apple’s roster. That’s much smaller than even the Samsung Galaxy S25 Edge<\/a>‘s already small 3,900 mAh cell. But worry not for Apple will sell you a battery case<\/a> that will negate the entire extreme thinness selling point.<\/p>\n The iPhone 17 Air will apparently weigh 145g, which is less than the Samsung’s 163g, but the iPhone will also only have one camera on the rear vs. the S25 Edge’s two.<\/p>\n\n
