Julia Roberts<\/strong><\/a> has said goodbye to a woman\u2019s best friend.<\/span><\/p>\n In a touching tribute, the <\/span>Oscar winner<\/span><\/a> announced the sad news that her <\/span>beloved dog<\/span><\/a> Myrtle has died after spending 19 years together.<\/span><\/p>\n \u201cOur Myrtle,\u201d Julia wrote in a May 16 <\/span>Instagram<\/span><\/a> post alongside a picture of her furry friend sitting on a blanket outside. \u201cA Legend. 2006-2025.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n The <\/span>Pretty Woman<\/span><\/em> star\u2019s husband <\/span>Danny Moder<\/strong>\u2014with whom she shares<\/span> twins <\/span>Hazel and Phinnaeus<\/strong><\/a>, 20, and <\/span>Henry<\/strong>, 17, as well as <\/span>another pup<\/span><\/a> named Lou\u2014also mourned the passing of Myrtle with a lighthearted message.<\/span><\/p>\n \u201cThe definition of Fierce Loyalty, even if she bit the pizza man once,\u201d he captioned his <\/span>Instagram<\/span><\/a> post, which included a close-up shot of the dog\u2019s face. \u201cRIP Mytlle\u2026aka Myrtle Von Mertzenberger.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n Prior to her passing, Myrtle had made quite a few appearances on Danny\u2019s social media.
