Gigi Hadid<\/strong><\/a> has made her relationship with boyfriend Bradley Cooper<\/a><\/strong> social media official, more than a year after they started dating.<\/p>\n The supermodel included a photo of the two kissing at her 30th birthday party<\/a> in an Instagram<\/a> post shared May 3, a little over a week after the star-studded event.<\/p>\n “I feel so lucky to be 30!” Gigi wrote. “I feel so lucky for every high and low- for all the lessons and gifts both have brought me. To get to feel it all! I\u2019m so lucky to be a mom, friend, partner, sister, daughter, colleague to some of the most unbelievable humans!!”<\/p>\n Gigi, who also included in her post a photo of herself on a walk with her and ex Zayn Malik<\/strong>‘s daughter Khai<\/strong><\/a>, 4, continued, “So lucky for the support and encouragement from all of YOU around the world, every day and on my birthday last week.
