E! makes a commission on purchases.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>When Kristen Kish won <em>Top Chef<\/em> Season 10, she didn\u2019t expect to ever be back.<\/p>\n<p>Cut to Season 21: the winner returned to her alma mater, this time as host alongside veterans (and friends) Gail Simmons and Tom Colicchio. \u201cIt felt familiar but also very new at the same time,\u201d Kish says of her return. \u201cIt\u2019s as comfortable and familiar as something so uncomfortable and unfamiliar can be.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>But since winning in 2012, \u201chost\u201d isn\u2019t the only title Kish has added to her resum\u00e9. \u201cSomething I\u2019ve been very passionate about is bridging what I know as me being a Korean American with other companies and people that are Korean American,\u201d Kish tells E! So when she was approached to collaborate on her own line of soju, the answer was an easy yes.<\/p>\n<p>The result is <a href=\"https:\/\/yobospirits.com\/collections\/yobo-kish?srsltid=AfmBOoo99naXyIqWovs_OT8vPwEadGnq3oJi7N7CP5PNlTIyQECGqAI1\">Kish Ap\u00e9ritif<\/a>. The line features four unique flavors of soju that Kish says \u201care based on different points of my life and different flavor profiles that I am excited about.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>\u201cBecause I was adopted, I\u2019m learning what it means to be Korean to me by way of others\u201d the chef explains. &#8220;That&#8217;s why being able to partner with a Korean brand and founder was such a special opportunity.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Kish isn&#8217;t done adding to her resume just yet. In April 2025, she&#8217;s releasing her debut memoir, <em>Accidentally on Purpose,<\/em> <a href=\"https:\/\/bookshop.org\/p\/books\/accidentally-on-purpose-kristen-kish\/21762481?ean=9780316580915&amp;next=t\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">available for pre-order now<\/a>.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>But in the midst of it all, she\u2019s still very much a chef at heart.
