Users on social media reported having trouble logging in and getting an \u201cUnable to Connect\u201d error message when entering meetings. Zoom\u2019s site also went down \u2014 as did its inbox for media inquiries.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">More than 59,000 users had <a rel=\"nofollow\" href=\"https:\/\/www.forbes.com\/sites\/mollybohannon\/2025\/04\/16\/zoom-outage-more-than-65000-users-report-issues\/\">reported<\/a> issues on the outage-tracking site DownDetector.com by noon.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It\u2019s not yet clear what the cause was. The Verge speculates that it might\u2019ve been DNS-related, <a rel=\"nofollow\" href=\"https:\/\/www.reddit.com\/r\/Zoom\/comments\/1k0sdhy\/comment\/mngj5gk\/?utm_source=share&amp;utm_medium=web3x&amp;utm_name=web3xcss&amp;utm_term=1&amp;utm_content=share_button\">pointing to a Reddit thread<\/a>.
