If you\u2019re like me, and I think you are just by being here, you plan your days and nights around TV.<\/p>\n

So, it\u2019s natural to wonder whether your favorite show is on tonight.<\/p>\n

Sadly, NCIS<\/a> and its sister show NCIS: Origins will not be on tonight.<\/p>\n

We\u2019re right in the middle of a significant personal mystery for Alden Parker, as he has discovered the clues he needs to continue investigating the young girl who has been haunting his dreams (and waking life) for years.<\/p>\n

On NCIS Season 22 Episode 15<\/a>, Parker finally got the validation he needed to continue that journey when he discovered a photo of her alongside his mother\u2019s vehicle accident.<\/p>\n

Parker never knew what happened to his mother, but it\u2019s super creepy that what\u2019s been niggling at him all this time is a vision of a girl he may or may not have known.<\/p>\n

On NCIS Season 22 Episode 16<\/a>, Parker had gone a step further, as we saw him looking over his mother\u2019s autopsy report.<\/p>\n

Of course, NCAA Men\u2019s Basketball means Parker (and we) will have to wait a little longer to discover his secret memories.<\/p>\n

Hopefully, we won\u2019t have to wait too long, but the synopsis for NCIS Season 22 Episode 17 doesn\u2019t give us even the tiniest hint that he has new information.<\/p>\n

The official synopsis for \u201cKiller Instinct\u201d follows:<\/p>\n

\u201cAfter NCIS captures the hitman known as \u2018The Poet,\u2019 the team races to uncover who ordered the assassination of a Navy chief.\u201d<\/p>\n

OK, assassinating a Navy chief is worth the delay. That\u2019s a role of some importance, and they\u2019ll want to be at their best to find the killer.<\/p>\n

So what do the photos tell us about the investigation?<\/p>\n

They\u2019re interspersed throughout this article, and they feature a dinner with a familiar face: Seamus Deaver revisiting his role as Deputy Director Gabriel LaRoche.<\/p>\n

Castle<\/a> favorite Deaver created that role on NCIS Season 22 Episode 1<\/a> and returned on NCIS Season 22 Episode 9<\/a>. <\/p>\n

While Deaver is welcome, LaRoche is not, as he has been pegged as somewhat of a nemesis for Parker, who is not shown at the dinner party, and for McGee, as he got the position McGee wanted. <\/p>\n

The look on McGee\u2019s face hints at a shocking conversation.<\/p>\n

Given how LaRoche refused to help McGee in the NCIS Season 22<\/a> premiere and got the job right out from under his feet, you\u2019d think he\u2019d pass on a dinner invitation from the man, but you know what they say: keep your enemies closer.<\/p>\n

McGee\u2019s spidy senses were tingling, and he\u2019s not going to let those feelings go too soon. He wants answers about the guy, not a lingering sense of distrust.<\/p>\n

And the trailer for Episode 17 suggests that The Poet had another target, too. Was it LaRoche?<\/p>\n
