Baltimore’s John Harbaugh, the second-longest tenured head coach in the NFL, has agreed to a three-year extension that will keep him at the helm for the Ravens through 2028.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n

Harbaugh, 62, guided the Ravens to the NFL title in 2012 but has since fallen short of a return to the Super Bowl. Baltimore has reached the postseason in six of the last seven seasons but has advanced to the AFC title game just once, losing 17-10 to the Kansas City Chiefs in 2023.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n

Since Harbaugh took over in Baltimore in 2008, the Ravens are 172-104 in the regular season with six division titles, but they are 13-11 in the playoffs. Four of those wins came in the Super Bowl title run in 2012.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n

\n

Baltimore won the AFC North last season, going 12-5 in the regular season before defeating the division rival Pittsburgh Steelers in the wild-card round of the playoffs. The Ravens, though, fell 27-25 to the host Buffalo Bills in the division round.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n
