The times they are a-changin’ at the 2025 SAG Awards<\/a>.\u00a0<\/p>\n Timoth\u00e9e Chalamet<\/strong><\/a> won the award for Outstanding Lead Actor in a Motion Picture at the Feb. 23 ceremony, beating out The Brutalist<\/em>‘s Adrien Brody<\/strong>, Conclave<\/em>‘s Ralph Fiennes<\/strong>, Queer<\/em>‘s Daniel Craig<\/strong> and Sing Sing<\/em>‘s Colman Domingo<\/strong>. (Click here for the full list of winners<\/a>.)<\/p>\n The prize\u2014Chalamet’s first SAG award for acting\u2014celebrated his portrayal of Bob Dylan<\/strong><\/a> in A Complete Unknown\u00a0<\/em>and made him the youngest actor ever to win the accolade.\u00a0<\/p>\n And like a rolling stone, the 29-year-old was freewheelin’ as he made his way on stage at the Shrine Auditorium in Los Angeles.<\/p>\n “I was not expecting this at all,” Chalamet said. <\/strong>“Truly.”<\/p>\n And he couldn’t have done it without the support of his date for the night<\/a>, his mom Nicole Flender<\/strong>, who received an adorable shoutout.\u00a0<\/p>\n “I\u2019ll start by thanking my mother who I\u2019m here with tonight,” Chalamet continued. “She has been working at Actors’ Equity for 40 years, in the stage union.”<\/p>\n
