Make use of leftover cooked rice and pulled pork. Simply saut\u00e9 the veggies, scramble the eggs, and combine them with the rice and seasonings. You\u2019ll have an amazing meal for yourself with bold, Southwestern-inspired taste.<\/p>\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list is-style-fancy\">\n<li><strong>Saut\u00e9 the Veggies:<\/strong> In a large skillet or wok, heat the\u00a0oil\u00a0over medium-high heat. Add the\u00a0diced white onion, diced jalape\u00f1o, and\u00a0the minced garlic\u00a0to the skillet and cook until tender, about 3 minutes.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Add the Beans, Tomatoes, and Pork:<\/strong> To the skillet, add the drained black beans,\u00a0diced tomatoes, and\u00a0pulled pork, then toss to combine.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Scramble the Eggs:<\/strong> Slide the meat mixture to the side of the skillet and pour the\u00a0beaten eggs\u00a0onto the other side. Scramble the eggs until mostly cooked through, then mix the eggs with the vegetables.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Add the Rice and Seasonings:<\/strong> Add\u00a0the cooked rice,\u00a0Worcestershire sauce,\u00a0cumin,\u00a0oregano,\u00a0paprika, chili powder, salt and pepper to taste.
