Tamar Bates chipped in 13 points for the Tigers, who outscored Georgia 49-33 in the second half.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n<section id=\"section-3\">\n<p>Asa Newell led Georgia (16-10, 4-9) with 23 points and 10 rebounds. Silas Demary Jr. scored 16 and Blue Cain had 14, as the Bulldogs dropped their third in a row.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n<section id=\"section-4\">\n<p>After leading by three at halftime, Georgia took its last lead on Newell&#8217;s layup with 17:55 left in the second half, giving the Bulldogs a 47-46 edge.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n<section id=\"section-5\">\n<p>From there, Robinson&#8217;s back-to-back layups began a 9-0 Missouri run to grab a 55-47 advantage with 15:12 left. Newell&#8217;s dunk trimmed Georgia&#8217;s deficit to 58-54, but Missouri seized control with a 15-0 run, including Robinson&#8217;s seven points and Mitchell&#8217;s four, to help the Tigers build a 19-point lead with 9:27 remaining.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n<p><\/p>\n<section id=\"section-6\">\n<p>Grill&#8217;s triple at the 2:32 mark matched Missouri&#8217;s largest lead at 85-66, before Newell and De&#8217;Shayne Montgomery&#8217;s layups pulled Georgia within 15. The Tigers&#8217; impressive second half was capped with Tony Perkins&#8217; fastbreak dunk on Newell with 1:19 left.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n<section id=\"section-7\">\n<p>Demary began the scoring with a free throw before the game started, as Missouri threw Mark Mitchell into the lineup, changing its original starting five, costing the Tigers a technical foul.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n<section id=\"section-8\">\n<p>RJ Godfrey and Demary&#8217;s baskets gave Georgia a 9-7 edge, before Bates connected on his second triple of the first half.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n<section id=\"section-9\">\n<p>After Demary&#8217;s mid-range jumper and Newell&#8217;s dunk put the Bulldogs ahead 20-19, Josh Gray&#8217;s layup, Mitchell&#8217;s dunk and Bates&#8217; triple gave the Tigers a 26-20 lead with 8:20 left.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n<section id=\"section-10\">\n<p>Georgia then answered with a 12-3 run, stamped with Demary and Cain&#8217;s back-to-back 3-pointers.
