Shemar Moore<\/strong> is moving forward on his own.<\/p>\n The S.W.A.T. <\/em>star and girlfriend Jesiree Dizon<\/strong> have broken up after five years of dating, according to multiple<\/a> outlets<\/a>.<\/p>\n The couple were initially linked in 2008 before Shemar, 54, eventually reconnected with Jesiree, 41, in 2020. Three years later, they welcomed daughter Frankie<\/strong><\/a>, 2, who joined the model\u2019s son Kaiden<\/strong>, 18, and daughter Charlie<\/strong>, 6, from previous relationships.\u00a0<\/p>\n Just days before news of the split broke, Shemar revealed he had no interest in having more children<\/a>, insisting that his household was already complete.<\/p>\n \u201cThis is real life, I’m gonna keep it 100,” Shemar said during a Jan. 24 appearance on\u00a0The Jennifer Hudson Show<\/em><\/a>. “I’m 54 years old.
