Sony’s Xperia 1 V<\/a> received its update to Android 15<\/a> a few days ago, and today the company has started delivering the same update to the Xperia 5 V<\/a> as well.<\/p>\n There are already reports on Reddit<\/a> from people who have received the update notification. It’s a 1GB download and once you’ve installed it you’ll be on software version 67.2.A.2.41.<\/p>\n The update brings Private Space with it. This lets you keep apps in a separate space in the app drawer, behind a lock.<\/p>\n Additionally, there’s a color contrast setting for the Home screen, a new way to change the clock displayed on the lock screen, and Side sense gets a new Dashboard function which lets you quickly change or check the status of your most used settings.<\/p>\n The Quick Settings panel and notification panel have been redesigned, and you can take a screenshot from the Quick Settings.
