Phil Robertson<\/strong>\u2019s health has taken a downward turn.<\/p>\n The Duck Dynasty<\/a><\/em> alum is in the \u201cearly stages\u201d of Alzheimer\u2019s disease, according to his son, Jase Robertson<\/strong>, who described the 78-year-old\u2019s various ailments.<\/p>\n \u201cAccording to the doctors, they\u2019re sure that he has some sort of blood disease that\u2019s causing all kinds of problems,\u201d Jase shared on the Dec. 6 episode of the Unashamed with the Robertson Family<\/a><\/em> podcast. \u201cIt\u2019s accelerated and it\u2019s causing problems with his entire body.\u201d<\/p>\n The reality star\u2014who appeared with his family on the duck-hunting reality series from 2012 to 2017\u2014noted that his dad\u2019s Alzheimer\u2019s diagnosis has complicated his health, adding, \u201cHe\u2019s just not doing well. He\u2019s really struggling.\u201d<\/p>\n In fact, Jase said that Phil\u2014who shares adult children Jase, Willie Robertson<\/strong>,\u00a0Jep Robertson<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0Alan Robertson <\/strong>with wife Kay Robertson<\/strong>, as well as daughter Phyllis Thomas <\/strong>from a past affair<\/a>\u2014wants to return to his regular activities, but his condition presents both physical and mental hurdles.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
