As for Tarek, he spoke about how Christina had changed following her split from Josh.<\/p>\n

“Her energy’s back,” he told\u00a0Entertainment Tonight<\/em>, sitting next to Heather. “She’s happy, she’s excited about life, like, she’s doing good.”<\/p>\n

Christina, who also shares son Hudson London Anstead<\/strong>, 4, with ex-husband Ant Anstead<\/strong>\u2014who recently filmed The Flip Off <\/em>with her earlier this month<\/a>\u2014recalled confiding in Tarek about her marital problems with Josh.<\/p>\n

“I’d been telling him that things were bad for at least a year,” she said. “Probably 18 months.”<\/p>\n

Christina also shared the secret to the success of her and Tarek’s friendly relationship, six years after their divorce.<\/p>\n

“At the end of the day, it’s the same thing that it’s always been,” she said. “The kids come first.”<\/p>\n
