This means that even if you bought a physical copy of the game, you can no longer play it. The main complaint of the recently filed lawsuit is that the two plaintiffs believe Ubisoft has \u201cduped\u201d consumers by telling them they are buying a game when in reality they are only \u201crenting\u201d a \u201climited license.\u201d The lawsuit also says that Ubisoft rubbed \u201csalt on the wound\u201d by not making the single-player portion of <em>The Crew<\/em> playable offline. <\/p>\n<p class=\"sc-77igqf-0 fnnahv\"> The plaintiffs are seeking the court\u2019s approval to make the lawsuit a class action suit, letting other <em>Crew <\/em>players get involved.
