Before kissing her, the rabbi also tells her, \u201cHand me your ice cream; put your bag down.\u201d Creator Erin Foster, who based the show on her own marriage, said that Adam initially thought the line felt too bossy, but Erin explained, \u201cit\u2019s so sexy.\u201d To be honest, I couldn\u2019t agree with her more, especially when a guy is super nice and open \u2014 because then you see this other side of him, where he takes the lead. I think we all remember the hot priest telling Fleabag to \u201ckneel.\u201d<\/a><\/p>\n

The show isn\u2019t perfect \u2014\u00a0the overbearing Jewish mother trope has garnered criticism, Kristen Bell\u2019s character is shockingly clueless about seemingly all religions, and her brand new relationship gets prioritized over long-time work goals \u2014 but it\u2019s fun to watch, and we all need a celeb crush right now, don\u2019t you think?<\/p>\n
