After she wraps up her Caesars Palace residency on Nov. 23, it will be a while before Adele says \u201chello\u201d to another Las Vegas audience.<\/p>\n

\u201cAfter that, I will not see you for an incredibly long time,\u201d the British superstar, who is 36, told a Munich concert audience on Saturday night. \u201cI will hold you dear in my heart for that whole length of my break, and I will fantasize about these shows and any shows that I\u2019ve done over the last three years.\u201d<\/p>\n

Adele broke down as she explained the reason for the break: \u201cI have spent the last seven years building a new life for myself, and I want to live it now. I want to live my new life that I\u2019ve been building, and I will miss you terribly.\u201d<\/p>\n

Adele will have performed 100 shows since beginning her rescheduled \u201cWeekends With Adele\u201d residency in January 2022.<\/p>\n

In August 2023, Adele told a woman in her Las Vegas audience:<\/a> \u201cI really want to be a mom again soon\u201d and that \u201cevery time I see a name that I like, I write it down in my phone.\u201d<\/p>\n

Adele has a 10-year-old son, Angelo, with Simon Konecki, whom she divorced in 2019. Since 2021, she has been in a relationship with sports agent Rich Paul. During another concert earlier this month Munich, where Adele wrapped 10 dates on Saturday, she responded to an audience member\u2019s marriage proposal by stating she \u201ccan\u2019t marry\u201d them because \u201cI\u2019m already getting married.\u201d<\/a><\/p>\n

She appeared to flash an engagement ring, though the video was too far from the video screen to make one out.<\/p>\n

In comments posted below a fan video of her Saturday night announcement<\/a> on X\/Twitter, most fans expressed sadness about the long break but understanding of their idol\u2019s need for alone time. A couple pointed out that taking six years off, as she did between her albums 25<\/em> and 30, <\/em>has become her thing.<\/p>\n

Adele returns to her \u201cWeekends With Adele\u201d residency at the Colosseum on Oct. 25. Tickets for the remaining 10 days have long been sold out \u2014 since all were rescheduled from March, when she paused to rest her voice.<\/p>\n

However, many seats are available on reseller sites from $800 to $7,000.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
