At the time, however, Garcia was engaged to fellow wrestler <a href=\"https:\/\/www.eonline.com\/news\/john_cena\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>John Cena<\/strong><\/a>, before the duo called off their engagement in 2018 after six years together.<\/p>\n<p>In 2019, Garcia reconnected with Chigvintsev and the pair were engaged by January 2020. Later that same year, the couple welcomed Mateo. And while the couple just celebrated their second wedding anniversary, Garcia has been open about their ups-and-downs, even saying they went to couple&#8217;s therapy to work on their communication.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;It\u2019s with our life coach,\u201d she told <a href=\"https:\/\/www.usmagazine.com\/celebrity-news\/news\/nikki-bella-artem-chigvintsev-have-no-problems-after-therapy\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><em>US Weekly<\/em><\/a> in 2020. &#8220;After dancing, we\u2019re going to start classes as a couple because we\u2019ve realized that we both feel like we\u2019re not listening to each other.
