Nintendo <a data-i13n=\"elm:context_link;elmt:doNotAffiliate;cpos:2;pos:1\" class=\"link \" href=\"https:\/\/support.nintendo.com\/jp\/information\/2024\/0213.html\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" data-ylk=\"slk:said;elm:context_link;elmt:doNotAffiliate;cpos:2;pos:1;itc:0;sec:content-canvas\"><\/a> it will stop offering repairs on those handhelds when they likewise deplete their stock of replacement parts.<\/p>\n<p>Nintendo <a data-i13n=\"elm:context_link;elmt:doNotAffiliate;cpos:3;pos:1\" class=\"link \" href=\"https:\/\/www.engadget.com\/nintendo-discontinues-3ds-080214962.html\" data-ylk=\"slk:stopped;elm:context_link;elmt:doNotAffiliate;cpos:3;pos:1;itc:0;sec:content-canvas\"><\/a> manufacturing the entire 3DS line in 2020. The handhelds had a long and impactful run as the game company&#8217;s leading handheld. New 3DS owners can still attempt the DIY approach if their handhelds break.
