<\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\nA woman at Wisconsin\u2019s<\/a> Oneida Casino<\/a> was arrested on six charges this week after she claimed to have a gun<\/a> and warned she would start shooting if police approached her.<\/p>\n Olympia Broadnax, 42, of Door County, Wisc., was in a restroom at the complex on Tuesday afternoon when she made the threats<\/a>, according to Wisconsin TV station WFRV.<\/p>\n She told a casino employee she was armed with a pistol.<\/p>\n If the cops come to get her, she may \u2018have to pull out her pistol and shoot someone,\u2019\u201d the employee later recounted what Broadnax said, according to the news report.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n Police searched Broadnax after placing her in custody. Officers said no weapon was located.<\/p>\n During her arrest, she allegedly swore at officials and said she would file a lawsuit for the incident, WFRV reported. It wasn\u2019t clear what the grounds were for the legal action.<\/p>\n Nor was it clear what led Broadnax to make the threats. No one was injured during the confrontation.<\/p>\n It turns out, earlier she had been banned from entering the casino. No word what led to the ban.<\/strong><\/p>\n This week, Broadnax was booked on six charges at Brown County Jail. These include: making terrorist threats, disorderly conduct, as well as four counts of bail jumping.<\/p>\n If convicted on these charges, she could face years in prison.<\/p>\n She appeared in local court on Thursday. Her case was continued to August 5.<\/p>\n Her bail was set at $50K. She remained in custody as of Saturday morning, according to online jail records.<\/p>\n Oneida Casino is located on Mason Street in Green Bay, Wisc. The Oneida Nation of Wisconsin owns and operates the Oneida Casino.<\/p>\n A man on a motorcycle recently narrowly avoided multiple crashes as he allegedly sped on Arizona<\/a> highways and local streets with police in pursuit. The 67-mile flight stopped at Wild Horse Pass Resort & Casino.<\/p>\n That\u2019s where state troopers apprehended Michael S. Khoury, 21, on June 16.<\/p>\n The video of his reckless operation of the motorcycle was filmed by a camera on Mesa Police Department\u2019s Falcon helicopter.<\/p>\n The video was released on Thursday by the Arizona Department of Public Safety (DPS).<\/p>\n![\"A](\"https:\/\/www.casino.org\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/oneida-858x365.jpg\")
