The following is excerpted from a press release issued by the City of Vancouver.<\/em><\/p>\n The City of Vancouver<\/a> is collecting feedback on the 889 Drake St. (formerly 1290 Hornby St.) development application<\/a>.<\/p>\n This development proposal includes a ~13,000 sq. ft. cultural amenity space. The proposed cultural amenity will be delivered to the City and includes 2 floors of dedicated arts and culture presentation (visual or media arts) and shared artist production space. At a later date, the City will seek to select a non-profit arts and culture operator for the facility.<\/p>\n Wall Financial Corporation has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop the following on this site:<\/p>\n Height of 109.28 m (358.53 ft.)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Total FSR of 11.99<\/p>\n<\/li>\n 217 strata-titled residential units<\/p>\n<\/li>\n A cultural amenity space, turnkey to the City<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Five levels of underground parking with vehicular access from the lane<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n This rezoning application was approved by City Council, following Public Hearing on July 7, 2022<\/a>.
