Attention, class: There was a celebrity guest on\u00a0Abbott Elementary<\/em><\/a>\u00a0that you don’t want to miss.<\/p>\n After the 2024 Oscars<\/a> aired on March 10, the ABC sitcom debuted a new episode featuring one of the nominees\u2014the one and only\u00a0Bradley<\/strong> Cooper<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n While Melissa Schemmenti (Lisa Ann Walter<\/strong>)\u00a0was having her\u00a0students\u00a0do\u00a0show-and-tell, and one pupil decided to present “a famous person” he saw outside. And when Bradley walked in, well, let’s just say Melissa was stunned.\u00a0<\/p>\n Although, perhaps she shouldn’t be\u00a0too<\/em>\u00a0surprised. After all, Bradley grew up in Pennsylvania. And as he explained, he was just stopping by.<\/p>\n “Whenever I’m in Philly, you know the deli across the street? That’s my first stop,” the\u00a0Maestro<\/em><\/a>\u00a0star\u2014whose film was nominated for\u00a0seven Oscars but didn’t win any Academy Awards\u2014said. “My dad used to always take me there. They have the best hoagies in the city.”<\/p>\n Still, the students weren’t ready to give Bradley an A+ right away. One wanted to know what movies he had been in and asked if he appeared in\u00a0Spider-Man<\/em><\/a>. And while the actor admitted\u00a0that no, he wasn’t in that one, he\u00a0did point out he voiced\u00a0Rocket Raccoon in\u00a0Guardians of the Galaxy<\/em><\/a>\u2014and did\u00a0an impression to prove it.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
