Since 2020, the BC Alliance for Arts + Culture<\/strong><\/a> has convened bi-weekly meetings with\u00a0over 30 BC-based arts service organizations (ASOs) to address sector needs.<\/p>\n Together, we have\u00a0collaborated on advocating for a brighter future for all arts, culture, and heritage entities, professionals, and volunteers.<\/p>\n In 2023, a working group of ASOs engaged Earnscliffe, a professional government relations firm, to collaboratively develop a shared government relations and advocacy action plan for our sector.<\/p>\n The goal of the Coalition is to bring together many voices to speak with a shared message.<\/p>\n If you are interested in learning about the BC Coalition of Arts, Culture, and Heritage and its government relations efforts, join peers from across the arts and culture sector for a free webinar and Q&A session<\/strong><\/a> on February 15th, running from 12pm to\u00a01pm PST.<\/p>\n We would be thrilled to have you learn about our work to date, as well as our current goals\u00a0and requests for the Province of BC.\u00a0<\/p>\n This webinar is free and open to any arts, culture, or heritage professional, practitioner, or volunteer.<\/p>\n ASL and closed captioning will be provided.<\/p>\n We encourage all those who are interested to register\u00a0here<\/strong><\/a>.\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
