BTS Teams Up for \u201cDestined\u201d New Project After Reuniting Following Military Service<\/p>\n
BTS <\/strong>is officially back\u2014and they\u2019ve got a sweet treat to accompany the news.<\/p>\n Now that the seven members of the K-Pop band\u2014Jin<\/strong>, Suga<\/strong>, J-Hope<\/strong>, RM<\/strong>, Jimin<\/strong>, V <\/strong>and Jung Kook<\/strong>\u2014have each completed their mandatory military service, they\u2019re back and better than ever. And to help celebrate the news, they\u2019ve teamed up with OREO to release a special, limited-edition flavor: brown-sugar pancake, inspired by the dish hotteok, complete with purple cookies.\u00a0<\/p>\n For the band, the partnership is a call back to their earliest days as K-Pop trainees.<\/p>\n \u201cI want to say this,\u201d RM said in a Q&A video about the partnership in E! News\u2019\u00a0exclusive clip. \u201cBack when we were trainees, we released a song called \u2018A Typical Trainee\u2019s Christmas.\u2019 That was 14 years ago.\u201d<\/p>\n The comment sparked a memory for Jimin, who remembered that the song includes the word \u201coreo\u201d in the chorus, singing the line at RM. His bandmate responded with the subsequent lyric, \u201cThe company keeps telling me to practice.\u201d<\/p>\n As RM put it, \u201cFrom that line, didn\u2019t this partnership seem kind of destined?\u201d<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
