The only difference is they accepted help.”

But while it seems like the staff of the Pitt is finally getting through to Robby, it’s the episodes final moments that are the most revealing.

Seeking a reprieve from watching eyes, Robby escapes into the nursery to visit with Baby Jane Doe, the infant who was abandoned in the ED during episode one. The location itself is a significant one for Robby: it’s where he suffered an emotional breakdown in season one, among the show’s first indications that Robby’s struggles ran deeper than initially realized.

And the words he shares with Baby Jane are further proof: “I got abandoned too, when I was eight. But I got through all of that and so will you. I got a good feeling you’re going to be just fine. Everything’s going to be just fine.”

The episode ends with Robby holding the baby close, telling her, “You got so many wonderful things to see and so many people to love ahead of you. It’s okay.”

As for whether Robby will get onto his motorcycle at the shift’s close, that detail remains up in the air. And Baby Jane Doe? Well, with Dana on the hunt throughout the episode for a medical foster, perhaps Robby’s dream is closer than he realized.

Source link

“You know who I saw in rehab?” Langdon asks Robby. “I saw a bunch of guys just like you.
