Guys, tomorrow is the first day of spring! We did it<\/a>!!! Here are some tulips to celebrate.<\/p>\n

Have you read Strangers<\/a>, the divorce memoir by Belle Burden? One evening, she discovers her hedge-fund husband is having an affair; the next morning, he announces that he\u2019s done and\u2026leaves. Her entire life flips upside down \u2014\u00a0all while she\u2019s taking care of their three kids during the pandemic \u2014 and she has to literally drag herself off the bathroom floor. Belle comes from extreme generational wealth \u2014 at times, I was like, maybe it\u2019s not<\/em> the end of the world if you don\u2019t get the tennis club membership in your split? \u2014 but her story of finding her footing, and herself, after her marriage implodes was incredibly compelling, vulnerable, and human.<\/p>\n

We\u2019ve talked about how walking (just walking) can change your life<\/a>, and for my fellow walkers, I\u2019d highly recommend BlissMove sneakers<\/a>, which are comfy, soft, and supportive and make me want to throw away my old sneakers.<\/p>\n

Finally, a friendly reminder of poet and national treasure Kate Baer<\/a>, who spent the night at my house last night! We played Ono 99<\/a> (as one does) and talked about work, parenting, bookstores, and why it took her eight years to start watching Succession<\/a>. Here\u2019s a poem of hers, just because:<\/p>\n
