Making this creamy Tuscan melting cabbage will do just that!<\/p>\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list is-style-fancy\">\n<li><strong>Prep:<\/strong> Preheat the oven to 375\u00b0F. Slice\u00a01 large head of green cabbage\u00a0into 8 wedges, keeping the core intact on each wedge. Heat a large <span style=\"box-sizing: border-box; margin: 0px; padding: 0px;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.target.com\/p\/cuisinart-classic-10-34-38-12-34-stainless-steel-2pk-skillet-set-silver\/-\/A-88223280#lnk=sametab\" rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" data-wpel-link=\"external\">oven-safe<\/a><\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.target.com\/p\/cuisinart-classic-10-34-38-12-34-stainless-steel-2pk-skillet-set-silver\/-\/A-88223280#lnk=sametab\" rel=\"nofollow\" data-wpel-link=\"external\" target=\"_blank\"> skillet<\/a> over medium-high heat, then add olive oil. Once the butter is melted, add diced yellow onion\u00a0and minced garlic. Cook for 3-4 minutes until the onions begin to soften.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Deglaze Pan:<\/strong> Add\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/therecipecritic.com\/chicken-broth\/\" type=\"post\" id=\"210588\" data-wpel-link=\"internal\" target=\"_self\">chicken broth<\/a>\u00a0to the skillet to deglaze, scraping up any brown bits. Add cream cheese\u00a0and whisk until fully melted and smooth.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Cook Sauce: <\/strong>Add heavy cream, sun dried tomatoes, <a href=\"https:\/\/therecipecritic.com\/italian-seasoning\/\" type=\"post\" id=\"126164\" data-wpel-link=\"internal\" target=\"_self\">Italian seasoning<\/a>, and grated parmesan cheese. Whisk until combined. Let the sauce simmer until it thickens slightly, about 2-3 minutes, then remove from heat.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Melting<\/strong> <strong>Cabbage:<\/strong> Add the cabbage wedges back into the skillet, nestling them together until they all fit. Spoon some sauce over the top of the cabbage.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Bake:<\/strong> Cover with <a href=\"https:\/\/www.target.com\/p\/reynolds-wrap-standard-aluminum-foil-twin-pack-350-sq-ft\/-\/A-94908331#lnk=sametab\" rel=\"nofollow\" data-wpel-link=\"external\" target=\"_blank\">foil<\/a> and bake for 45 minutes.
