The other day, my friend Bess Kalb<\/a> (of passive-agg toddler fame<\/a>) posted a photo of herself wearing an almost identical sweater to Harry\u2019s in When Harry Met Sally<\/a>. Her pose! Her sneakers! Her hands! I died!<\/p>\n

\u201cIt\u2019s J.Crew MENS<\/a>,\u201d she told me, when I texted her about it. \u201cI actually prefer the cut and quality of their men\u2019s sweaters. I can get that pure cotton grandfatherly feel. I just do my regular size, so a men\u2019s small \u2014\u00a0or medium if I want it oversized.\u201d<\/p>\n

For those of us who also like women\u2019s sweaters, their cable-knit rollneck<\/a> is very chic and comes in three pretty colors.<\/p>\n

Plus, the classic version<\/a>, of course, which is 100% cotton. I want to wear it year round, including over denim cutoffs on cool summer evenings. <\/p>\n

Also, separately, how amazing are these shirts from The Department of Invisible Labor<\/a>? My friend Abigail Rasminsky<\/a> has one and says, \u201cWow does it get a lot of attention.\u201d<\/p>\n
