The long\u2011running dispute between investors in Noble\u202f33<\/strong> \u2014 the hospitality group behind Toca Madera<\/strong> at the Shops at Crystals<\/strong> \u2014 and its co\u2011founders Tosh Berman<\/strong> and Mikey Tanha<\/strong> just got uglier, and unintentionally funnier, with a Jan. 30 filing in LA County Superior Court.<\/p>\n

The new document, obtained by social media news outlet Las Vegas Locally <\/a>\u00a0alleges that Berman and Tanha misappropriated company funds for a grab\u2011bag of personal indulgences ranging from the predictable (luxury sports cars) to the impressively on\u2011brand (plane tickets for OnlyFans models to attend restaurant openings) to the insane (\u201cmultiple engagement rings\u201d).<\/p>\n

That\u2019s right. The lawsuit reads \u201cmultiple,\u201d not just one each for the two co-founders. Because nothing says commitment like fianc\u00e9e contingency plans.<\/p>\n

These allegations pile onto a series of investor lawsuits dating back to 2021, all accusing the founders of diverting funds, blocking access to financial records, and using company money for personal expenses. Berman and Tanha have denied everything, framing the litigation as a business dispute inflated by investors seeking leverage or control.<\/p>\n

All cases remain civil, not criminal, and all Noble 33 restaurants are operating normally. So please don\u2019t cancel any plans you might have to pop the question at one. Multiple times, if that\u2019s your thing.<\/p>\n

Five Guys, Zero Clowns<\/h2>\n

Five Guys<\/strong> \u2014 the Virginia-based fast-food titan with 1,900 locations, including six in Las Vegas \u2014 will open this summer in the 2,200 square-foot downtown space at the Plaza<\/strong> where McDonald\u2019s<\/strong> operated until August 2024. That\u2019s when the casino hotel bought out its long-term lease because McDonald\u2019s sucks.<\/p>\n

This spring, a Five Guys hot dog cart will debut first under the dome at the Plaza\u2019s Carousel Bar.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Alex Reznik<\/strong> \u2014 veteran of Las Vegas, LA and NYC kitchens, plus a \u201cBeat Bobby Flay\u201d<\/strong> win and a \u201cTop Chef\u201d<\/strong> run \u2014 is opening Hayworth<\/strong> in Henderson on Feb.\u202f26. The newest eatery from Ogden Hospitality Group <\/strong>will channel Reznik\u2019s Jewish and Eastern European roots, with a menu including apple\u2011honey\u2011glazed sablefish and 24\u2011hour wagyu brisket.<\/p>\n

Pho So 1<\/strong>\u2019s 31\u2011year run in Chinatown ended in November, but a new pho concept is set to replace it shortly at 4745 W. Spring Mountain Road<\/strong>, according to posted signage and Clark County license filings.<\/p>\n

Mora Iced Creamery<\/strong> at Downtown Summerlin <\/strong>was temporarily closed by the Southern Nevada Health District<\/strong> (SNHD) on February 3 for scoring 8 demerits. Violations included no hot and cold running water from approved source (5) and food unprotected from potential cross-contamination (3).
