The real estate listing for 53 W. 71st St., located just west of Central Park, comes with an asking price of $9.6 million.<\/span><\/p>\n<div class=\"callout\">\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">The five-bed, six-bath single-family townhouse features an abundance of natural light through tall windows, offering \u201ca rare convergence of architectural rigor, environmental performance, and refined luxury,\u201d per the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.zillow.com\/homedetails\/53-W-71st-St-New-York-NY-10023\/2077440279_zpid\/\">listing description<\/a>. Along with 1,400 square feet of private outdoor space, an elevator serving all five stories, an indoor gym, and a \u201cstate-of-the-art ventilation system that continuously circulates tempered fresh air throughout the home,\u201d the brownstone includes a glassed-in roof deck. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">The property\u2019s annual tax bill is $94,344, the listing agents at Corcoran detail. Corcoran is the real estate group founded by \u201cShark Tank\u201d personality Barbara Corcoran.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2 class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>Stanley Willers Bio<\/b><\/span><\/h2>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Stanley Ho Willers was born to Angela Ho, the eldest daughter of the late casino magnate\u2019s 17 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.casino.org\/news\/macau-casino-heir-mario-ho-denies-affair-with-half-sister\/\">children<\/a>, and her husband at the time, Uwe Willers. Angela was born to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.casino.org\/news\/stanley-hos-hong-kong-mansion-goes-on-sale-for-383m\/\">Stanley Ho\u2019s<\/a> first wife, Clementina Leitao.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Little is known about Uwe Willers. Angela later divorced him and married Peter Kjaer, a Danish artist and businessman. Together, they opened a ballet school in Hong Kong and formerly owned an art gallery in New York City. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<div class=\"callout\">\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Stanley Willers has used his vast inheritance for his own business endeavors, primarily Ho Gaming.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Founded in 2006, the Malta-based business-to-business iGaming firm provides live dealer and software management services to online casinos operating across Asia. Ho Gaming\u2019s live dealer table game streams include blackjack, roulette, baccarat, and sic bo.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2 class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>NYC Property<\/b><\/span><span class=\"s1\"><b>\u00a0<\/b><\/span><\/h2>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Willers\u2019 mother bought the property at 53 W. 71st in November 2012 for $5.99 million. <\/span><span class=\"s1\">After acquiring the brownstone, the real estate listing says the home underwent a multiyear renovation by Ingui Architecture.
