The Turbo 5 comes with LPDDR5 Ultra RAM, UFS 4.1 storage, and the same vapor chamber cooling setup as the larger Max model.<\/p>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"inline-image\" width=\"1200\" height=\"717\" src=\"https:\/\/fdn.gsmarena.com\/imgroot\/news\/26\/01\/redmi-turbo-5-ofic\/inline\/-1200\/gsmarena_001.jpg\" alt=\"Redmi Turbo 5 gets a Dimensity 8500-Ultra, 7,560mAh battery\"\/><\/p>\n<p>The Redmi Turbo 5 features a slightly smaller 6.59-inch AMOLED display compared to the Max variant. The display offers a 120Hz refresh rate, 3,500 nits peak brightness, and 1.5K resolution. It\u2019s also a 12-bit panel with HDR10+ and Dolby Vision support.<\/p>\n<p>The device packs a 7,560mAh battery and supports 100W wired charging. It also gets 27W reverse wired charging, similar to the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gsmarena.com\/xiaomi_redmi_turbo_5_max_5g-14453.php\">Turbo 5 Max<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"inline-image\" width=\"1200\" height=\"752\" src=\"https:\/\/fdn.gsmarena.com\/imgroot\/news\/26\/01\/redmi-turbo-5-ofic\/inline\/-1200\/gsmarena_002.jpg\" alt=\"Redmi Turbo 5 gets a Dimensity 8500-Ultra, 7,560mAh battery\"\/><\/p>\n<p>For cameras, the Turbo 5 has a 50MP Sony IMX882 primary rear sensor that\u2019s coupled with an 8MP ultrawide unit. At the front, it features a 20MP selfie camera.<\/p>\n<p>The handset runs Android 16-based Xiaomi HyperOS 3. It gets a metal frame and a glass back panel, similar to the Turbo 5 Max.<\/p>\n<p>Other specs of the phone include an in-display optical fingerprint scanner, an infrared sensor, stereo speakers, 5G connectivity, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.4, GPS, and NFC. The 12GB\/256GB option is CNY 1,999 ($290) and the 12GB\/512GB variant is CNY 2,299 ($330).
