Have you seen Marcello Hern\u00e1ndez\u2019s new comedy special<\/a>? I laughed out loud 100 times, especially during the parts about his ADD<\/a>, mental health<\/a>, and white kids at the mall<\/a>. He\u2019s also a lil\u2019 snack himself, which doesn\u2019t hurt, haha.<\/p>\n

My friend Jessie (middle) wrote a great post today called 50 Pieces of Advice for My 50th Birthday<\/a>. \u201cI\u2019ve been nervous to publish this,\u201d she wrote, \u201cbecause who am I to offer life advice?!?\u201d But her list is GREAT, including, \u201cwe don\u2019t make friends, we recognize them.\u201d<\/p>\n

Over the holidays, we played Poetry for Neanderthals<\/a>, which is such a fun game. The rules are simple: You have to get your teammates to guess certain words,\u00a0but you can give only monosyllabic clues. For example, if the word is \u201crefrigerator,\u201d you could say \u201cwhere you keep milk,\u201d but not \u201cfreezer\u201d or \u201ckitchen.\u201d Have you ever played?<\/p>\n

For my birthday last January, I threw a party with big bowls of chocolate mousse<\/a>. This year, I\u2019d love to make another chocolate-y dessert to celebrate. Any recipes you\u2019d recommend? xoxo<\/p>\n
