Lamar Odom<\/strong><\/a> is facing new legal troubles.<\/p>\n The two-time NBA champion was arrested and booked for driving under the influence Jan. 17 in Las Vegas, according to arrest records viewed by E! News.<\/p>\n Additionally, Lamar, 46, was charged with driving more than 41 miles over the posted limit and failing to maintain lane\/improper lane change, per the records. A hearing in the case is set for March 17.<\/p>\n The basketball star\u2014who was married to Khloe Kardashian<\/strong><\/a> from 2009 to 2016\u2014previously faced a misdemeanor DUI charge after he was arrested in Los Angeles<\/a> in August 2013, resulting in his driver\u2019s license being suspended for one year<\/a>. That December, he entered a no contest plea and was ordered to serve 36 months of probation, pay $1,814 in fines and complete an alcohol education program, E! News confirmed at the time<\/a>.<\/p>\n Two years later, Lamar suffered a near-fatal drug overdose at a Nevada brothel, where he was found unconscious in October 2015. He remained in a coma for three days, enduring six heart attacks and 12 strokes<\/a> during his hospital stay.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
