In Beyonc\u00e9<\/strong><\/a> <\/strong>and Jay-Z<\/strong><\/a>‘s family, there’s room in the spotlight for whoever wants to be in it.<\/p>\n While their 8-year-old son Sir Carter<\/strong> is “more into books and electronics,” grandma Tina Knowles <\/strong>told E! News<\/a>,\u00a0his twin sister Rumi Carter<\/strong> “is a natural little star.”<\/p>\n And seeing Rumi onstage with big sister Blue<\/strong> Ivy Carter<\/strong><\/a>, who’s turning 14 Jan. 7, on opening night of their mom’s Cowboy Carter<\/em> Tour last April left no doubt as to who’s running this world.\u00a0<\/p>\n “I build my work schedule around my family,” Beyonc\u00e9, 44 (cheers to the double occurrence of the artist’s favorite number<\/a>), told GQ<\/em> in 2024<\/a>. “I try to only tour when my kids are out of school. I always dreamt of a life where I could see the world with my family and expose them to different languages, architecture, and lifestyles.”<\/p>\n She added, “Raising three kids isn\u2019t easy. The older they get, the more they become their own individuals with unique needs, hobbies, and social lives.”<\/p>\n And in the household she shares with her husband of almost 18 years, Blue, Rumi and Sir all have the freedom to explore their interests.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
