Rob Reiner\u2019s Friend Details Staying in His Home With Nick Reiner and Family Weeks Before Murders<\/p>\n
Rob Reiner<\/strong><\/a> and Michele Singer Reiner <\/strong>likely died before dawn on Sunday morning.<\/span><\/p>\n The All in the Family<\/em> actor and his photographer-producer wife were found dead around 3 p.m. on Dec. 14, but now authorities have shared new information on the timeline of when the couple was brutally killed.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n Rob, 78, and Michele, 70, were murdered “in approximately the early morning hours of December 14,”\u00a0<\/span>Los Angeles County District Attorney Nathan J. Hochman<\/strong> said in a Dec. 16 press release<\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n Their son Nick Reiner<\/strong>\u00a0is accused of “fatally stabbing” the pair in their Los Angeles home using “a dangerous and deadly weapon, a knife,” according to the district attorney.<\/p>\n The 32-year-old fled the scene but was found and arrested in Exposition Park near the University of Southern California six hours after his parents’ bodies were discovered, per officials.<\/p>\n Nick has since been charged with two counts of murder with the special circumstance allegation of multiple murders.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
