<\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\nIn March 2023, Caesars Entertainment <\/strong>and Tao Group Hospitality <\/strong>debuted Stanton Social Prime<\/strong> at Caesars Palace <\/strong>as an offshoot of New York City\u2019s Stanton Social, which closed in 2018. But steak didn\u2019t cut it for the owners \u2014 at least not as much as the Stanton connection did.<\/p>\n So the restaurant quickly and quietly switched both its cuisine and name last week to Stanton Social Italian. <\/strong>Former Stanton Social executive chef and co-owner Chris Santos <\/strong>still mans the kitchen, only now it\u2019s prepping primavera instead of prime cuts.<\/p>\n \u201cThe next chapter for Stanton Social focuses on classic Italian cuisine by way of New York\u2019s long and storied history of Italian-inspired, iconic neighborhood restaurants from Little Italy to the Bronx,\u201d Santos said in a Friday announcement.<\/p>\n The new menu features a curated\u00a0selection\u00a0of modern Italian dishes designed for sharing, including\u00a0Fritto Misto\u00a0with\u00a0calamari, shrimp, squash, cherry peppers, arrabbiata sauce and preserved lemon aioli.<\/p>\n Astonishingly, the restaurant managed to remain open during the change.<\/p>\n A third New Hello Kitty Caf\u00e9 <\/strong>is coming to the Strip. Kitty White,<\/strong> the icon behind the global pop culture brand, will open the eatery on the second floor of the Forum Shops <\/strong>at Caesars Palace. (The other Hello Kittys are at Park MGM <\/strong>and the Fashion Show <\/strong>mall.) The Hush Puppy <\/strong>\u2014 comforting Las Vegas and enriching its cardiologists with southern-fried goodies since 1975 \u2014 will open its second Las Vegas location, at downtown\u2019s Neonopolis<\/strong>, on November 18.<\/p>\n Red Rock Resort<\/strong> quiet-closed Leoncito <\/strong>modern Mexican in late September. According to Vital Vegas,<\/a> <\/em>it will be replaced early next year with Hearthstone Kitchen & Cellar.<\/strong> Bizarrely, this is the very restaurant that Red Rock shuttered in 2023 to create space for Leoncito.<\/p>\n Red Rock also plans to close the oven on Side Piece<\/strong> after four years and replace it with another pizza concept, Good Pie.![\"\"](\"https:\/\/www.casino.org\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/chris-santos-858x654.jpg\")

Zippy\u2019s,<\/strong> the beloved Hawaiian food diner that opened its first Las Vegas location in October 2023, will open its fourth and fifth locations in early 2026: at 10810 W. Charleston Blvd. in Summerlin South and 5485 Camino Al Norte in North Las Vegas. (Its current restaurants are at 7095 Badura Ave. in southwest Las Vegas, 4590 S. Finally, as per Vital Vegas <\/em>\u2014 which we gratefully credit for half of this column\u2019s news \u2014 the struggling \u00a0Pepper Club<\/strong> at downtown\u2019s English Hotel<\/strong> will close on January 1, 2026.<\/a>\u00a0<\/strong>Its replacement is something that the real-estate development group renting the space called \u201csomething exciting\u201d in a press statement even though it probably has nothing lined up or it would have mentioned it.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
